• Give your legal name. Fictional beings cannot enter into an agreement.
• If ordering an adult image, please state in your email that you are 18 or older if you are indeed 18 or older.
• All business will be conducted through the appropriate email address I have provided on the site. Not in art community notes, IMs, or chats.
[Payment]
• I will require full payments up front. No partial payments will be accepted.
• No Paypal or Personal Cheques.
• All payments must be in U.S. Currency.
• Work can begin once payment has properly cleared and if your name is next in the line.
[Shipping]
• Unless otherwise mentioned, first class shipping within the U.S. and Canada is included in the basic price listings.

[Refunds]
• Refunds will only be issued if I have found myself unable to finish your image under normal circumstances.
• A refund will only be for the portion of the work that is not finished, and you will be sent the unfinished work.
• If for some reason a buyer becomes problematic (repeatedly being difficult, and refusing to abide by these rules), they will automatically forfeit the transaction. No refund, and no artwork will ship. (This has only happened once.)
[References and Details]
• No backgrounds. I'm not good at drawing them, so I don't offer them.
• Please summarize your descriptions.
• Send references where possible. Especially for characters.
[Revamps and Alterations]
• One time rule..: You have one shot to tell me what you'd like to see fixed when you are sent a rough draft. After items are edited, you will be sent a refreshed copy, but from there I will be finishing the image.
• Please keep in mind before you commission someone that you are asking for their personal take on the idea, and/or character you present them. Do not approach me hoping I'll copy someone elses style.
• If you have a specific pose/composition in mind, make sure it's one you can stick with. I will not completely redraw an image because you changed your mind.
[Contacts and Other Parties]
• The transaction is between myself and the buyer, only.
• I will not be contacting your friends for additional information. You should already have that.
• If an image contains another persons character, please have their permission to use the character and that they approve of the subject matter ahead of time.
[Approximate Timeframe]
• It shouldn't take longer than 3 months to complete a persons commission.
• This timeframe is not a guarantee.
[Acceptable Subject Matter]
• Homo, Hetero, Herm, Fanart
• Fanart is a limited subject matter. Ask first.
• Game characters you generate, name, then play like in FFXI and WoW are perfectly fine.
• If you have questions, ask.
[Unacceptable Subject Matter]
• Pedo/Beast/Piss/Scat/Vore/Guro/Birth/Lactation/Unbirth/Plush/Squash/ etc.
• All characters displaying sexual anatomy will have said "anatomy" drawn as a humans. This is not negotiable.
[Image Reproduction and Permissions]
• I'll ask you if it's okay for me to post the image I did for you in my galleries. I don't assume I have the right to do it off the bat. If you say yes, cool. If you say no, no prob.
• After having the permission to post it to my sites, you cannot revoke it.
• You may post the artwork to your site. Please keep my signature intact.
• You may make personal backup copies. Please keep my signature intact.
• You may NOT reproduce the image for profit. Not without prior handwritten arrangements/agreements. Likewise I will not make prints of your image to sell without prior agreement.
Emailing me for commissions means you agree to these terms, so please make sure you have read them!
